Shipping Policy

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 12 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 7-20 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale or natural disasters, please note that me may not be able to commit 100% order to the normal delivery schedule. 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

COMPENSATION ON LATE / MISSING ORDERS

If an order is delivered later than 35 days, we'll give you full refund of your order price and you can keep your order for FREE.

If there's a missing order, please let us know via technologynovas@gmail.com. We'll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping Fee:  Free Shipping 

Orders from the US: Delivery date and time are approximately takes 5-20 business days from shipping date 

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 3-5 weeks from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your Country is).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 12 hours to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. Once your order has been processed, cancellation of your order will not be possible. And if you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You have up to 12 hours to update your delivery address without paying a fee. After that time window, you need to pay a small fee of $5 to update the address. Please email us at techonologynovas@gmail.com if you need the address to be changed

What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Novas Technology will accept your item(s) within 15 days from date of arrivals

To be accepted for return/exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging and all parts and accessories.
