How Long Shipping Takes? 

Processing time is 1-4 business days.

After processing shipping takes between 7-20 Business Days to arrive.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at: Technologynovas@gmail.com

If your order hasn’t arrived within 40 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you deliver products internationally?

NOVAS TECHNOLOGY successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone. 

We ship to everywhere in the world unless stated otherwise. Please note, NOVAS TECHNOLOGY has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. NOVAS TECHNOLOGY advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

COVID-19 Notice: Some packages may experience a slight shipping delay, as our logistics partners try to circumvent global lockdowns. 

Refused Deliveries
If you refuse to accept delivery of your item/s and the courier has to send it back to our warehouse, you will be charged a USD$75 restocking fee plus any other shipping related charges and refunded the remaining amount paid. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged on its way back to us, your refund will not be processed.
