We cannot grant request of cancellation, refund and return due to "change of mind."
We will study every case of cancellation, refund or return and requires valid reason for the request.
We also cannot cancel and refund orders that has been shipped already.
Note: Due to the increase numbers of Covid-19 cases, we are not allowed to return items and give to another customers so we cannot do returns. What we can only offer is a partial refund to eligible customers or replacements of the missing parts or damage parts of the item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED ONCE A RETURN IS APPROVED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid.
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
Refund are process and send back to the original form of payment with in 5 days after we receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.
-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
-Only one code can be used on a purchase.
-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 12 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
